‘2024 in a Snap’ reflects a year of expression, connection and culture across Snapchat’s global community of 850 million+ monthly users. Snap Newsroom The initiative captures how Snapchatters engaged, created and explored - from everyday moments to global fandoms.

The scope included data-rich storytelling, visual content systems, and AR-enabled experiences that extended across mobile screens, in-app tabs, and shared social moments. The design and communication strategy balanced Snapchat’s playful, ephemeral roots with the growing expectation of deeper, culturally-relevant experiences.

The result is a campaign that doesn’t merely report metrics, but gives shape and voice to the evolving way people use Snapchat—turning data into narrative, moments into movement, and a user base into a cultural community.
